Ask for infused water and snacks at the front desk. They have cucumber and lemon water available that's refreshing after a long day.

I almost left a glowing review, but the hot tub was ice cold. When I complained, they did nothing. Sheets kept popping off the beds like a comedy show. I expected a complimentary room upgrade, but clearly, that wasn't the standard here. No one seemed to care about my discomfort at all. Truly disappointing.
